Job Description
Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Manager for their Branch Service Department in Redmond, Oregon. The Service Manager will focus on building relationships with customers and managing service teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and growth. This is a key role within the Division Manager, connecting the company with potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in Commercial Roofing, Service dept
- Strong, positive management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD
