Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and highly effective Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs from PreK–12. The role involves designing and delivering individualized instruction, developing IEPs, and collaborating with general education teachers and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement, or eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, accommodations, and modifications
- Experience with inclusive, resource, and self-contained classroom models
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital learning tools
- Successful completion of required criminal history background check
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
