Job Description
Foodics is seeking a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to empower sellers by providing training on their POS platform and guiding them through the installation process. The role involves scheduling appointments, assisting with technical visits, and onboarding customers with products and their menus. This position is a key part of the company's mission to provide innovative payment and POS solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, Computer Science
- Working experience of at least 1 year preferably with Information Technology / Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products companies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel within/outside Dubai and UAE
