Job Description
Deliver a Perfect Guest Experience, conduct Restaurant operations and evaluations, coach employees and Managers, communicate brand standards, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead new Restaurant openings.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant
- Experience in Operations considered
- MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
- Strategic thinking
