Job Description
Foodtastic is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to partner with Managers and Franchisees to deliver results within their assigned restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards and developing action plans to improve operational performance.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant
- Experience in Operations considered
- MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
- Strategic thinking

- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
