The Dual Diagnosis Counselor assures that the mission of Fora Health is the foundation for the delivery of services and carrying out job duties. The role includes service delivery for adult outpatient clients, working under the direction of the Outpatient Manager and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health field
- Per OARs, QMHP credential
- CADC I or ability to qualify for CADC I credential within 6 months. CADC II or III preferred
