Senior Technical Support Specialist

Fortinet is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join their Atlanta, Georgia team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and technical help to Fortinet customers and partners, contributing to the success of their growing business. The Specialist will be involved in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and identifying improvements to their services and technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or system administration role in a networking/security company or equivalent education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switching
• Experience with security products -firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, virus scanning
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience using AI tools
• Strong communication skills
