Requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer business/technical needs
• Become a trusted advisor and proactively guide customers
• Run advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products and reproduce customer environments
• Manage customer incidents and drive for timely resolutions
• Participate in customer meetings and produce service reports
• Reporting software and hardware issues to R&D
