Job Description
Fortra is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its customer base through prospecting and utilizing automation tools. The role involves following up on outbound campaigns, conducting customer interactions, and providing training to new team members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and a collaborative team player.
Requirements
- Identify and qualify business opportunities
- Initiate telephone calls to develop relationships
- Navigate the sales process
- Communicate customer demand and trends internally
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal staff and external customers
- Document all communications in CRM tool
- Achieve annual quota
