Junior Sous Chef

Four Seasons is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to oversee daily Garde Manger operations, select, train, and motivate kitchen team members, and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Requirements

• Culinary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory Garde Manger role.
• Strong knowledge of international cold kitchen techniques and modern plating trends.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
