We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This hands-on position requires a team player who can work closely with every department on daily operations.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualifications
- 3 years work experience in the IT Service Desk area
- ICT service operations
- Basic ITIL knowledge
- Broad technical skills hardware, OS & software (Microsoft, mobile devices)
- Basic technical skills Server OS, network, storage (SAN, NAS)
- Basic application architecture know-how
- Good analytical and conceptual abilities
- Independent, but with team skills for dealing with IS specialists and key users
- Open and communicative, likes dealing with people (telephone & teams support)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to Manchester once or twice a month
