Part Time Admissions Coordinator-30hrs/wk

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management of the Health Center admissions process, establishing and maintaining open communication with professionals and third party payers, and supporting the Director of Admissions & Social Services in meeting sales and occupancy levels.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Medicare Part A, certification procedures, and medical terminology.
• Associate's degree in administration or social services (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in LTC.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of basic business computer software programs.
• Case management experience (plus)
