Job Description
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management of the Health Center admissions process and establishing open, effective communication between the community and referral sources.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Medicare Part A, certification procedures, and medical terminology.
- Associate's degree in administration or social services (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in LTC.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of basic business computer software programs.
- Case management experience (a plus).
