Business Development Manager - LATAM

Freedx is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in Latin America and globally. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships, managing affiliate and partnership workflows, and analyzing performance data. The ideal candidate will have strong regional knowledge and fluency in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth (financial services, fintech, or crypto preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities
• Strong network and understanding of the LATAM, and global financial or trading landscape
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
