Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting FPCS recruitment and staffing initiatives. The Coordinator is highly skilled in recognizing best-in-class talent that demonstrates critical teacher and leadership competencies and is able to effectively screen candidates with reference to the organization’s mission, expectations, and needs.

- Support the recruitment of top talent for the organization
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure the accurate and timely staffing of instructional vacancies
