Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to establish and lead the Deal Desk function within their Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a technology or fintech company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a technology or fintech company
- Proven track record building or scaling Deal Desk functions that improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM (Salesforce) and financial systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and process design capability
- Ability to translate between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product) and data-driven systems
- Experience in a transactional or volume-based business model (e.g. payments, donations, marketplaces, or usage-based SaaS) preferred
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing clarity to complex GTM dynamics
