Business Development Representative

FURTHER is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their high-octane new business team and play a key role in unlocking new relationships with prospective customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, breaking into net new logos, and setting up high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an outbound business development or sales role
• Experience helping at least one small to mid-size software company generate $1MM ARR from your contributions
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a growth-stage environment
• Experience researching, account planning, prospecting and cold calling into net-new accounts
• Proven track record of consistently achieving quota
• A highly competitive mindset with a persistent goal to be a top performer
