The role involves analyzing retail business models, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing best practices in retail banking, including digital onboarding and product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail banking, finance or digital retail.
• Experience in an international environment or global projects.
• Understanding of modern approaches in digital banking and CX.
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages, Russian knowledge of Uzbek is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of the Russian language.
• A willingness to relocate (if applicable).
