Quality Team Leader

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics or automotive industry
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
• Strong communication and training skills
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks and data analysis
• Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 pounds
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
