Senior Sales Manager

Gamingtec is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the iGaming industry, building and scaling a global B2B revenue engine. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong analytical approach. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to travel internationally.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrable experience leading the full sales cycle
• Strong experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing sales teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and results-oriented approach
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• CRM ownership and discipline
• Pipeline analytics and forecasting tools
