Senior Sales Manager

Neon is a global payments and e-commerce platform designed to help game publishers earn more money and independence from app stores. We're looking for a high-caliber, driven, and fast-learning Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales, business development, or partnerships roles
• Familiarity with the North American gaming studio ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and align client needs with business goals
