Job Description
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a Full-time Overnight LPN or RN for their Center Township, PA location. This position involves providing direct patient nursing care, including medication administration, therapeutic treatments, and patient health education. Requirements
- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
