Job Description
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a Nightly PRN LPN or RN for their Center Township, PA location. Nurses will provide direct patient nursing care, including medication administration and therapeutic treatments, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on saving lives. The role involves immediate crisis intervention and collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
