Job Description
The Director of Learning & Innovation will enhance, plan, implement, and direct Generation Hope's technical assistance program, FamilyU, to strengthen the capacity of colleges and universities to better serve parenting college students.
Requirements
- Provide overall strategic direction for Generation Hope's technical assistance program, FamilyU
- Oversee all project management related to FamilyU
- Identify development needs of clients and create appropriate training programs
- Manage compliance with contracts to ensure that requirements are met
- Provide budgetary oversight to the Learning & Innovation Department
- Serve as lead trainer/co-trainer for virtual and in-person trainings and convenings
- Regularly represent the organization at events
- Foster partnerships with education organizations and associations
- Build positive, long-term relationships with direct reports
- Serve as a thought partner to direct reports
