Genesys is looking for a growth-oriented, innovative, passionate leader to join our team as Director of Business Development responsible for leading both inbound and outbound prospecting motions for the North America Demand Gen team.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and process for driving opportunity creation
- Analyze results from marketing campaigns and deliver impactful feedback to marketing & sales leadership
- Create and deliver accurate analysis of individual/team results and maintain reporting
- Drive the recruitment and onboarding of new Business Development reps
- Partner with Sales and Enablement leadership to develop a career progression plan
- Utilize key data points to drive the performance of the segment
- Leverage AI-driven insights and intent data to optimize lead targeting and engagement strategies
- Enhance BDR processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with Sales and Marketing
