Scrum Master

Qualitest is seeking a results-driven Scrum Master to join our team on-site in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be a skilled facilitator with a proven track record of guiding agile development teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a technical environment
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to differentiate and apply principles from Waterfall approaches when necessary
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a highly collaborative mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proven mentoring capabilities
• Proven adaptability and focus when operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with potential distractions
• Highly skilled in analytical thinking and quick decision-making under pressure
