Help us build the future of sales in the US as our first Partner Success Manager on the ground, driving real impact and revenue growth in a massive market. The role involves building a working ecosystem of partners in the US, primarily within the Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft networks, and ensuring partners contribute to increased sales by working closely with our local sales teams in New York.
Requirements
- Recruit, onboard, and activate channel and solution partners across US CRM ecosystems
- Develop and execute joint business plans and repeatable GTM motions with strategic partners
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, including pipeline creation and closed-won ARR
- Drive co-selling execution in close alignment with US Sales and Customer Success teams
- Maintain visibility into partner pipeline, deal progression, and CRM attribution
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for US strategic partners
- Represent GetAccept in partner and customer conversations, including local events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Partner Marketing to support partner performance
- Share partner feedback and US ecosystem insights to influence programs, enablement, and GTM strategy
