Job Description
The Wrangler position at Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property requires a team member to implement on-site horse program, care for horses, and provide leadership within a camp environment. This involves equine and farm animal care, supervision of riders, program assistance, and community outreach. The role operates on a seasonal basis, with a pay range of $510 - $600/week plus lodging. The position is based in Bailey, CO and requires on-site living.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least one year of college or equivalent experience.
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, WFA/WFR certifications.
- Willingness to provide innovative and engaging program development
- Ability to ride six to eight hours daily, 6-7 days per week.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
