Job Description
The Wrangler position at this Girl Scouts of Colorado camp property involves implementing on-site horse programs, caring for a herd of horses, and assisting staff with daily operations. This role is a key part of the camp's team, ensuring the highest quality of service for guests and campers, and supporting key leadership functions. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with horses and a variety of other camp staff.
Requirements
- Work on a team of 2-4 other ranch staff
- Assist Barn Specialist with daily care of various barn animals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm/barn/arena/pasture areas
- Provide and/or support health and wellness practices
- Manage administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules with campers and staff
- Interact with digital systems (WorkBright, Slack, Instagram, Facebook)
