Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to play a critical role in scaling our Sales Assist motion built on our product-led engine. This role maintains a personal quota while acting as a force multiplier across the sales team, helping refine processes, model best practices, and ensure our Sales Assist motion operates with speed, rigor, and consistency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling complex technical or analytics platforms
- Deep familiarity with engineering buyer personas
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
- Experience selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Prior experience acting as a team lead, mentor, or informal coach
