Requirements

• 8-10 years of HRBP experience supporting multiple locations and remote teams
• Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, change management, organizational development, and other strategic HR initiatives
• Experience in large corporate environments and matrix organizations
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact in fast-paced, complex environments
• Skilled in organizational design and development to create lasting change
• Deep understanding of employment laws and the legal implications of HR practices
