Global Responsible Operations Manager

As our Global Responsible Operations Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer and realization of updating the GN Group's overall Sustainability Strategy. You will play a critical role in supporting the Strategic Sustainability Program in Global Operations and be responsible for further development and implementation of Long-Term Renewable Energy Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability, operations management, or energy management.
• Demonstrated ability to implement projects and initiatives, such as renewable energy and energy optimization.
• Experience managing audits, maybe even with RBA VAP or equivalent sustainability/ethical audits.
• Understanding of ESG frameworks and certifications like ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and related compliance standards.
• Project management experience, with ability to manage cross-functional, multi-site initiatives.
• Experience working in a global organization and managing stakeholders across regions.
• Leadership and ability to motivate teams and ensuring change across strategic stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and data-driven mindset with ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Skilled communicator, able to translate technical and sustainability topics into clear actions for diverse stakeholders.
• Adopts digitalization and is open to learning and applying AI-based solutions in everyday work.
