Sustainability Supplier Engagement Manager

We are seeking a Sustainability Supplier Engagement Manager to drive sustainability initiatives within a global operational context. The role will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer and realization of GN Sustainability Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Sustainability, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, responsible sourcing, or sustainability, preferably in a global organization
• Strong understanding of supplier engagement systems such as RBA, EcoVadis, and sustainability/ESG risk management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing supplier sustainability programs
• Experience working with global supplier networks and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with sustainability regulations, human rights due diligence requirements, and international reporting standards
• Project management experience, with ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in a global organization and managing stakeholders across regions
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with ability to drive change across strategic stakeholders
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Skilled communicator, able to translate technical and sustainability topics into clear actions for diverse stakeholders
• Embraces digitalization and is open to learning and applying AI-based solutions in everyday work
