Job Description
The Principal Human Resources Director will support managers on human resources functions, maintain a high-performance team, and ensure the implementation of initiatives contributing to employee mobilization, engagement, and retention. The incumbent will also ensure the realization of legal mandates related to labor law.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law and member in good standing of the Quebec Bar
- Studies in human resource management or related training
- Excellent French language skills (oral and written) and good knowledge of English
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in HR management positions with increasing responsibilities
- Experience in supervision or team management (minimum 5 years)
- Confirmed experience in labor law, including unionized and non-unionized environments
