Job Description
The Human Resources Director will work as a member of the management team, responsible for staffing, performance evaluation, skill development, labor relations, remuneration, social benefits, and occupational health and safety. The person will accompany each of the stakeholders involved in the various programs emanating from the human resources function.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience as a human resources generalist
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, administration, or any other relevant degree
- Master's degree in industrial relations or human resources considered an asset
- Good knowledge of the various aspects of human resources management
- Experience and interest in labor relations
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills
- Critical thinking and good judgment

- Good problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates managerial courage, tact, and diplomacy
- Very good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
