The Principal Director, Human Resources is responsible for supporting all managers in all aspects related to the human resources function, including labor law and HR policies and programs. The holder assumes a role of counsel in labor law with management and advises them on legal issues related to labor relations, ensuring legal compliance and the application of best practices in labor law. The role is responsible for maintaining a high-performance and mobilized team, focused on supporting business units according to organizational needs and alignments.

Requirements

• Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
• Studies in human resources management or related training
• In-depth knowledge of HR issues in a regulated or complex organization
