Job Description
The Product and Development Team Leader is responsible for supervising the QA, Development, and Product Analyst teams at Sunrise, ensuring product releases are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
- Strong background in software development and/or QA within a SaaS environment
- Previous experience in mentoring, supervising, or managing technical staff
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with ITSM, HR Case Management, or related enterprise software
- Proficiency in relevant tools and languages: Java, Spring, React, SQL, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, Git, Jenkins
