Job Description
Wheel is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the CFO and Manager of FP&A to drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting. The role involves leading annual and long-term planning, driving data-driven decision making, and influencing key stakeholders to deliver growth and profitability. This is a remote, US-based position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 3-5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong collaborator with project management skills
- Subject matter expert with experience leading an FP&A function
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
