Top Customer Solutions Engineer, Compute, Infrastructure, Google Cloud: anticipate customer needs, optimize product performance, and enable customer success on Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs.
- Experience creating content for technical audiences and web technologies.
- Experience writing, reading, and debugging code in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
- Experience working with public cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience developing developer tools.
- Experience with cloud computing and debugging complex workload issues.
- Experience as a system/network administrator working with Linux/Unix systems.
- Experience in crisis response or escalation management.
- Experience with system virtualization, on-premise or hybrid cloud computing.
