Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in troubleshooting, software development, and customer advocacy
- Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go, and web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Experience with crisis response, escalation management, and cloud services
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux or Unix systems
