Top Customer Solutions Engineer, Networking, Google Cloud (Mandarin, English)

The Top Customer Solutions Engineer, Networking, Google Cloud will work with customers to resolve technical issues, develop tools, and improve Google Cloud products. The role requires a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, debugging, and system administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs
• Experience writing, reading, and debugging code in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go
• Experience creating content for technical audiences and with web technologies
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
