Job Description
Freightliner Northwest in Redding, CA is seeking a Service Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service and maintain outstanding relationships. The role involves handling requests, scheduling work, communicating with the shop, and assisting with data entry. GTC is a full-service Freightliner dealership network with extensive experience in commercial truck sales, finance, and service.
Requirements
- Greet and communicate with customers
- Accurately take customer information and prepare written estimates
- Schedule and plan related work with the service foreman
- Communicate with the shop management and with the customer/driver
- Open and close repair orders, enter work needed and check for warranty
- Collect purchase order information and warranty information
- Data entry and accuracy
