Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of games development, from concept to post-launch support. This role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will prioritize data-driven decisions and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management (preferably in GameDev or iGaming)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (designers, artists, developers, QA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC or the game production lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports
- Skilled in risk identification, change management, and blocker resolution
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English and fluent Ukrainian
