Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our games - from concept to production release and post-launch support. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills, working closely with a team of designers, artists, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality games in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management (preferably in GameDev or iGaming)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (designers, artists, developers, QA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or the game production lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports
- Skilled in risk identification, change management, and blocker resolution
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English and fluent Ukrainian
