Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to drive the full delivery lifecycle of games, including concept to production release and post-launch support. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and fluency in both English and Ukrainian. This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC or game production lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports
- Skilled in risk identification, change management, and blocker resolution
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English and fluent Ukrainian
