Job Description
Gorgias is a conversational AI platform for e-commerce that connects brands with their customers and drives sales through personalized interactions. The Account Manager role focuses on expanding and upselling existing accounts, working with cross-functional teams and driving revenue. The role involves building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing the sales process.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a closing sales role (Account Executive or Account Manager) within SaaS or eCommerce tech.
- Strong ability to manage a high volume of accounts, balancing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Tech-savvy and naturally curious.
