Job Description
Gorgias is a company building a unified AI agent to revolutionize ecommerce by combining deep product expertise with AI. They are looking for an Account Manager (AM) to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and drive growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. The role involves building strategic plans, engaging stakeholders, and leveraging CRM for data-driven insights. The focus is on creating authentic, seamless, and intelligent shopping experiences.
Requirements
- 3-4 years managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV)
- Experience with C-level executives and building relationships
- Experience with data-driven analysis and actionable solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
