Job Description
Gorgias is seeking a Named Accounts Manager (AM) to drive growth and retention across a portfolio of enterprise customers. This role focuses on strategic account management, close customer relationship building, and leveraging AI to create personalized shopping experiences. The AM will work closely with a CSM and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts ($20M+ in GMV), proven track record of growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, and customer experience technology.
- Strategic thinking and influence at executive levels.
- Proficiency with CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
