Job Description
Gorgias is a conversational AI platform for ecommerce aiming to solve support inquiries and drive sales. They are seeking a Front End Engineer to build responsive and fast features. The company values a collaborative and supportive environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and React
- Knowledge of CDN, Cache, bundlers, test runners, and CI/CD
- Experience with high-traffic environments
- Comfortable balancing frontend and backend needs
- Following best practices, but willing to make smart trade-offs
- Proficiency in modern asynchronous state handling (react-query)
- Familiarity with WebSockets (a plus)
