Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

This position focuses on providing brief, evidence-based therapy to adult patients as part of an integrated care team within a primary care setting. The therapist will collaborate with medical professionals and participate in care coordination efforts, addressing a range of mental health needs and serving diverse populations. Sessions will be approximately 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Active licensure in California as an LCSW or Psychologist OR registration as an ASW or AMFT (clinical supervision provided)
• Solid understanding of psychological assessment, DSM-5, and evidence-based treatment models.
• At least one year of experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, particularly BIPOC communities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic or similar EMR systems.
